Grown by the Dukamo family on the Dadahe Dagucho farm in Ethiopia's Sidama region, above 2,100 metres, in native forest cover that slows cherry ripening. Washed processing with aerobic fermentation brings out the coffee's floral character and natural sweetness with striking clarity, resulting in a defined cup with blackberry and nectarine notes, pronounced florality, and a panela-like sweetness that keeps everything balanced and elegant.
